"the vehicle had to be returned several times with on going problemsfrom initial work on vehicle, only after two further visits were the problems rectified. but i had to pay out a further £104 making the total work nearly £1,600. although my experience was not all good. the advisor Chris at berrys must be complimented on his efforts to try to get the results that should have been completed on the first visit. he provided me with a courtesy car when work was not completed on my visit, so i could continue a family outing, overall very satisfied with final outcome and will visit Berrys for future servicing, well done chris"
